There is a precedent for what I envision here: Around 1970, the Church produced a second version of the film Man's Search for Happiness, made in Japanese with Japanese actors, which became a very important missionary tool. Obviously, making additional films of the endowment in languages other than English could be expensive. But as the international Church becomes increasingly diverse, the practice of routinely dubbing Church media, like the filmed endowment, out of English into other languages will become increasingly uncomfortable.
